Ingredients
6 cups watermelon cubes, frozen
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Instructions
Step 1: Cube the watermelon and remove all seeds.
Step 2: Freeze the cubes on a tray for 4-6 hours until solid.
Step 3: Place frozen cubes and lime juice in a food processor.
Step 4: Blend until completely smooth, scraping sides as needed.
Step 5: Serve immediately or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer set.
Notes
Ensure the watermelon is very ripe for the best natural sweetness. If storing for a long time, let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes before scooping.
