Description

A light, refreshing, and incredibly easy dairy-free frozen dessert made with just fresh watermelon and lime juice.

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice


Instructions

Step 1: Cube the watermelon and remove all seeds.
Step 2: Freeze the cubes on a tray for 4-6 hours until solid.
Step 3: Place frozen cubes and lime juice in a food processor.
Step 4: Blend until completely smooth, scraping sides as needed.
Step 5: Serve immediately or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer set.
