A wonderfully refreshing and easy-to-make cocktail, this 3-ingredient pineapple whiskey sour is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz whiskey
Instructions
Step 1: Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, and whiskey in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
Step 3: Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
Step 4: Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or lemon twist if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a frothy top, you can add 1/2 oz of egg white (or aquafaba for a vegan option) to the shaker during the first shake (dry shake), then add ice and shake again. This creates a beautiful foam on top of your drink.
