A quick and healthy 3-ingredient muffin recipe packed with protein and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients
1 box (approx. 15 oz) Zero Sugar Strawberry muffin mix
1 bottle (11.5 oz) strawberry protein shake
1 cup fresh chopped strawberries
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry muffin mix and the strawberry protein shake until the mixture is smooth.
Step 3: Carefully fold in the chopped fresh strawberries until they are evenly distributed through the batter.
Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters of the way full.
Step 5: Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Step 6: Let the muffins cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Notes
Ensure your protein shake is a ready-to-drink version for the correct moisture ratio. You can substitute frozen strawberries if fresh are not available.
