1 packet (approximately 200g) Tim Tam cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed Tim Tam cookies (for topping)
1/4 cup granola (for topping)
Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)
Chocolate drizzle (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Bites: In a food processor, pulse the Tim Tam cookies until finely crushed.
Step 2: In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
