Description

A refreshing and healthy peach dessert recipe with creamy layers, juicy peaches, and a buttery graham cracker crust—all without baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tub light whipped topping (8 oz), thawed
  • 2 cans sliced peaches (15 oz each), drained and chopped
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form crust.
  3. Refrigerate crust while preparing layers.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chilled crust.
  6. Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  7. Fold in half of the whipped topping to create mousse-like consistency.
  8. Spread pudding layer over cream cheese layer.
  9. Gently fold chopped peaches into remaining whipped topping; add sugar if peaches are not sweet enough.
  10. Spread peach topping over pudding layer.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  12. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Substitute full-fat dairy with low-fat or plant-based alternatives. Use gluten-free oat crust for a healthier option. Replace powdered sugar with honey for natural sweetness.
