Ingredients
2 bagels, split in half
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
4 tbsp pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mini pepperoni (or other desired toppings)
Instructions
Step 1: Carefully slice your bagels in half horizontally.
Step 2: Lightly brush the cut side of each bagel half with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
