Instructions

  1. Prepare the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
  2. Make the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
  3. Marinate the Chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  4. Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
