20 dried apricots
4 oz fresh goat cheese (chevre)
10-20 walnut halves
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Step 1: Arrange 20 dried apricots neatly on a serving platter, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
Step 2: Using a small spoon or butter knife, top each apricot with approximately half a teaspoon of creamy goat cheese.
Step 3: Gently press one walnut half into the center of the goat cheese on each apricot to secure it in place.
Step 4: Drizzle a small amount of honey over each assembled appetizer for a touch of sweetness. Optionally, garnish with a tiny sprig of fresh thyme for added color and aroma.

Notes
