Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, and cubed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the cucumbers by washing them thoroughly and slicing them thinly. If using garden cucumbers with thick skin or large seeds, you may peel and deseed them first.
Step 2: Slice the avocados. Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit, and carefully scoop out the flesh. Dice or slice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: Chop the green onions. Trim the ends of the green onions and thinly slice the white and light green parts.
Step 4: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add the sliced cucumbers, cubed avocado, and chopped green onions.
Step 5: Dress the salad. Drizzle the fresh lime juice and olive oil over the ingredients. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 6: Gently toss the salad to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
