Ingredients
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: Pound the chicken breasts between plastic wrap to an even 1/4-inch thickness.
Step 3: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 4: Place two slices of cheese on each breast and roll them up tightly.
Step 5: Secure the rolls with toothpicks and dip into melted butter.
Step 6: Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture until coated.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature hits 165°F.
Step 8: Remove toothpicks and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
