8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for topping)
Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: In a greased casserole dish, combine the cooked spaghetti and the cream cheese sauce. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley over the top.
Step 4: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
