Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, milk, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- In a greased casserole dish, combine cooked spaghetti and cream cheese sauce; mix well.
