Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and granulated sugar. Mix these dry ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the softened unsalted butter, one egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add these wet ingredients to the dry flour and sugar mixture. Mix until the ingredients are just combined, being careful not to overmix. Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and chopped fresh basil until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 3: Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there is enough space between each cookie for spreading. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden brown.
