Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Step 3: Add the melted butter and stir to combine.
Step 4: Mix in the sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
Step 5: Fold in the flour gently until just combined. Pour into the pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
