Description

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon banana extract (optional)
12 oz yellow candy melts
Easter-themed sprinkles


Instructions

Step 1: Crush the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
Step 2: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and the dry pudding mix until creamy.
Step 3: Stir in the cookie crumbs and banana extract until a thick dough forms.
Step 4: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5: Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to firm them up for dipping.
Step 6: Melt the yellow candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts until smooth.
Step 7: Use a fork to dip each ball into the melted candy, letting the excess drip off.
Step 8: Return to the parchment paper and immediately top with sprinkles before the coating sets.
