Description
Succulent grilled chicken cubes glazed in a creamy, sweet, and spicy Szechuan-style sauce.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Step 2: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime, garlic, and ginger.
Step 3: Marinate the chicken cubes in 2/3 of the sauce for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Step 4: Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving space for even heat distribution.
Step 5: Grill over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through.
Step 6: Drizzle with the reserved sauce and top with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
Notes
