Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
8 corn tostada shells
1.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese
Optional toppings: Diced red onion, chopped fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, sour cream, pickled jalapeños, lime wedges
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the BBQ sauce, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly coated.
Step 3: Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet. Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over each tostada shell.
