  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and chopped onions until beef is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving 2 tablespoons.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle flour over beef mixture and stir constantly for 1–2 minutes to remove raw flour taste.
  5. Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring to dissolve flour and lift browned bits.
  6. Simmer for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gravy thickens to desired consistency. Add more broth if needed.
  7. Add cooked egg noodles to skillet and toss to coat with gravy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add vegetables like mushrooms, bell peppers, or spinach for extra nutrition. For a creamy variation, stir in sour cream or cream cheese at the end.
