A fun and easy appetizer featuring the iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a shareable slider format.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
12 slices American cheese
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12-15 dill pickle chips
1/4 cup Big Mac Sauce (mayo, mustard, relish blend)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Brown the ground beef and onions in a skillet until cooked through, then drain the grease.
Step 3: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 4: Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom buns, then top with the beef mixture.
Step 5: Add American cheese slices over the beef and cover with the bun tops.
Step 6: Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 7: Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Step 8: Open the sliders and tuck in shredded lettuce and pickles before serving.
Notes
Ensure the beef is fully drained to keep the buns crisp. Use fresh iceberg lettuce for the best crunch.
