Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup finely diced pickles (or pickle relish)
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
½ teaspoon paprika
1 pound lean ground beef
½ medium yellow onion, diced (divided)
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 soft taco-sized tortillas
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
½ cup sliced dill pickles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, finely diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika. Stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and half of the diced yellow onion over medium heat, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until the beef is thoroughly browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease. Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Transfer the seasoned beef mixture to a separate bowl.
Step 3: Assemble the Wraps: Lay the 4 tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Evenly divide and spread the shredded lettuce across the center of each tortilla. Top with the sliced dill pickles, the cooked ground beef mixture, the remaining half of the diced onion, and the shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 4: Add Sauce and Serve: Drizzle a generous spoonful of the prepared Big Mac sauce over the fillings on each tortilla. Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll them up tightly from bottom to top to enclose the filling. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra crispy texture, you can lightly toast the assembled wraps in a dry skillet or a panini press for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
