Description

A delicious and healthy no-bake snack that tastes exactly like real cake batter and is packed with protein.

Ingredients

Scale

2/3 cup creamy cashew butter
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1/3 cup oat flour
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp butter extract
2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
1-2 tsp almond milk (optional, as needed)

Instructions

Step 1: In a medium bowl, stir together the vanilla protein powder and oat flour until well combined.
Step 2: Add the cashew butter, honey, vanilla extract, and butter extract to the dry ingredients.
Step 3: Mix until a thick dough forms; if the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of almond milk until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 4: Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently to avoid color bleeding.
Step 5: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough at a time and roll into balls.
Step 6: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

Use a whey-casein blend protein powder for the softest 'dough' texture. If using a plant-based powder, you may need slightly more liquid.
