Description

A creamy, tropical, and tart purple drink made with blackberry juice and coconut milk, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.


Ingredients

2 cups blackberry juice
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 cup blackberries (fresh or freeze-dried)
2 cups ice cubes
Optional: 1 tbsp agave nectar


Instructions

Step 1: Muddle the fresh blackberries in a large pitcher to release their juices.
Step 2: Pour in the blackberry juice and agave nectar (if using) and stir to combine.
