Ingredients
2 cups blackberry juice
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 cup blackberries (fresh or freeze-dried)
2 cups ice cubes
Optional: 1 tbsp agave nectar
Instructions
Step 1: Muddle the fresh blackberries in a large pitcher to release their juices.
Step 2: Pour in the blackberry juice and agave nectar (if using) and stir to combine.
Step 3: Add the coconut milk and stir or shake vigorously until the mixture is a consistent purple color.
Step 4: Add ice cubes and stir again to chill the drink thoroughly.
Step 5: Pour into glasses and garnish with extra berries before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat canned coconut milk for the creamiest texture.
