Ingredients
1 box blue velvet cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup crushed Oreos (for brownie base)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup crushed Oreos (for topping)
1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, combine the blue velvet cake mix, melted butter, and 1/2 cup crushed Oreos. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
Step 2: While the brownies cool, prepare the filling. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Once the brownies are completely cooled, spread the filling evenly over them.
