Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix gently until just combined. Fold in blueberries carefully.
- Fill the Donut Pan: Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool and Glaze: Let donuts cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. If using glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and drizzle over cooled donuts.
