Ingredients
30 oz blueberry pie filling
1 cup fresh blueberries
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 large egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 2: Pour the blueberry pie filling into the bottom of the pan and spread evenly, then top with fresh blueberries.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, egg, and sugar until creamy, then dollop over the berries and swirl gently.
Step 4: Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the fruit and cream cheese layers.
Step 5: Place cold butter slices over the cake mix and bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
