Ingredients
21 oz blueberry pie filling
20 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
3 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly using a fine-mesh sieve to remove all excess juice.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the blueberry pie filling and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Step 3: Fold in the drained pineapple and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
Step 4: Gently fold in the whipped topping and pecans (if using) until no white streaks remain.
Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the salad to set and the marshmallows to soften.
Notes
Ensure the pineapple is very dry to prevent a watery salad. For best results, chill overnight.
