Description
Soft and chewy cookies loaded with fresh blueberries and creamy white chocolate chips.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 4: Slowly fold in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt).
Step 5: Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and white chocolate chips by hand.
Step 6: Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
Notes
Do not overmix once the berries are added to avoid a purple dough.
