Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage, browned and drained
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks, then drain the grease.
Step 3: Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Step 4: Mix the eggs, milk, and melted butter in a separate bowl until smooth.
Step 5: Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
Step 6: Gently fold in the cooked sausage and 1 cup of the blueberries.
