Ingredients
1 cup of crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 cups of whipped cream
1 cup of bubblegum-flavored yogurt
1 teaspoon of bubblegum extract
1 tablespoon of gelatin
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
1/4 cup of colorful sprinkles
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the 1 cup of crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup of melted butter, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar until combined.
Step 2: Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a lined 8x8 inch pan and chill.
Step 3: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of gelatin in a little warm water after blooming.
Step 4: Whip 2 cups of heavy cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
Step 5: Fold in 1 cup of bubblegum yogurt, 1 teaspoon of bubblegum extract, and the dissolved gelatin.
Step 6: Spread the filling over the crust and top with 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows and 1/4 cup of sprinkles.
Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for a more intense pink color. Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved to avoid lumps.
