Description

A high-protein, no-bake Easter snack featuring the iconic crunch of Cadbury Mini Eggs and wholesome oats.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Cadbury mini eggs, chopped
1-2 tbsp almond milk (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Whisk the oat flour, protein powder, and salt together in a large mixing bowl until combined.
Step 2: Stir in the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms.
Step 3: Fold in the chopped Cadbury mini eggs carefully to distribute them evenly.
Step 4: Roll the mixture into 16 even-sized balls using your hands.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to set the texture.

Notes

Ensure your nut butter is at room temperature for easier mixing. Use a plant-based protein powder to keep the recipe dairy-free (excluding the eggs themselves).
