Ingredients
1 large English cucumber, diced
1 large ripe avocado, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
8 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
2 tablespoons sesame seeds or furikake seasoning, for garnish
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced English cucumber, diced avocado, finely diced red onion, and shredded imitation crab meat.
Step 3: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss until all components are evenly coated.
