Description
A quick and decadent fall treat featuring a gooey caramel center and spiced apple filling wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped
8 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
Step 3: Place 1 tablespoon of chopped apple filling and one caramel candy in the center of each circle.
Step 4: Pull the dough edges together and pinch firmly to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.
Step 5: Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Chop the apples very small so the dough doesn't tear during the sealing process.
