Description

Ingredients

1 cup brownie mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/4 cup water
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup caramel sauce


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Step 2: Mix the brownie mix, oil, egg, and water in a bowl until smooth.
Step 3: Divide the brownie batter among the muffin liners, filling each about 1/3 full.
Step 4: Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Step 5: Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until no lumps remain.
Step 6: Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownies and bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 7: Cool completely, then top with caramel sauce and chopped pecans.
