  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Shaved deli hard salami (optional)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, pimientos, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and parmesan cheese to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add shaved deli hard salami if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes
