Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups freshly grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
