Description

The most elegant and convenient way to serve snacks! These charcuterie cups recipes provide a balanced mix of gourmet meats, cheeses, and fruits in portable single servings.

Ingredients

Scale

12 clear plastic or paper 9oz cups
24 slices of Salami (Milano or Genoa)
12 slices of Prosciutto di Parma
1 block of Sharp Cheddar, cubed
1 block of Manchego cheese, sliced into triangles
1 cup Green Grapes
1/2 cup Fresh Blackberries
1/2 cup Roasted Salted Almonds
12 tall Breadsticks (Grissini)
12 sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
24 Green Olives (pitted)
12 Bamboo skewers (4-inch)

Instructions

Step 1: Start your charcuterie cups recipes by placing a small handful of roasted almonds at the bottom of each cup to provide a stable, dry base.
Step 2: Insert one tall breadstick into the back of each cup to establish height in your charcuterie cups recipes.
Step 3: Thread two green olives and one cube of sharp cheddar onto a bamboo skewer and place it into the cup.
Step 4: Fold two slices of salami into quarters (making a fan shape) and tuck them into the middle section of the cup.
Step 5: Take a slice of prosciutto and drape it elegantly over the front rim of the cup, ensuring it stays secure.
Step 6: Place a small bunch of grapes and a few blackberries into the remaining gaps to add color and freshness.
Step 7: Add a triangle of Manchego cheese and finish the charcuterie cups recipes by tucking in a sprig of fresh rosemary for a beautiful aroma.

Notes

Make sure to use dry ingredients at the bottom of the cups to prevent sogginess. Assemble no more than 2 hours before serving for maximum freshness.
