Instructions

Step 1: Spread the softened butter generously and evenly on one side of each bread slice. These buttered sides will be the exterior of your sandwiches.
Step 2: On the unbuttered side of four bread slices, arrange the avocado slices. Top the avocado with an even layer of shredded cheese. Place the remaining four bread slices on top, with the buttered side facing up.
