Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic parsley salt. Stir well.
  3. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet, pressing it into a thin layer about half an inch thick.
  4. Bake the mixture at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes or until the crust turns golden and crispy.
