Description

Easy to make and bursting with flavor, these sliders feature a savory chicken, bacon, and Ranch filling baked between soft Hawaiian rolls with melted cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup Ranch dressing
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
15 Hawaiian sweet rolls (sliced in half)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Step 2: Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls into the greased baking pan, arranging them in a single layer.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the chicken is evenly coated.
Step 4: Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan. Then, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the chicken mixture.
Step 5: Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls over the chicken and cheese mixture to complete the sandwiches.
Step 6: In a small separate bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Step 7: Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the sliders are heated through. For a slightly golden top, you can remove the foil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
Step 8: Remove the pan from the oven. Serve the sliders warm and enjoy their cheesy, savory, and irresistible goodness!

Notes

For an extra crispy top, remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking. These sliders are highly customizable – try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a kick or a sprinkle of fresh chives before serving!
