Description

These incredibly easy sliders combine tender shredded chicken, crispy bacon, savory ranch dressing, and gooey melted cheese, all nestled between sweet Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (1 package)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar/blend)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried ranch seasoning mix


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 2: Carefully slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the middle, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled crispy bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Step 4: Spread the chicken bacon ranch mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish.
Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chicken mixture.
Step 6: Place the top halves of the rolls back over the cheese layer.
Step 7: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried ranch seasoning. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Step 8: Cover the baking dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders and serving warm. Enjoy!

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture. Garnish with fresh chopped chives or parsley before serving for a pop of color and freshness.
