Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
3 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped and dried
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup creamy Caesar dressing
1/4 cup croutons, slightly crushed
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Slice your cooked chicken into thin strips and set aside.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and black pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds to make them soft and flexible.
Step 4: Place half of the salad mixture and half of the chicken in the center of each tortilla.
Step 5: Sprinkle the crushed croutons over the filling for extra texture.
Step 6: Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom to create a secure wrap.
Step 7: Cut diagonally and serve immediately.
