  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • Fresh berries (optional)
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the chilled crust.
