- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the heavy cream.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the chilled crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (165°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour. Then, chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Garnish the cheesecake with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, chopped nuts, fresh berries, and mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
