Description
A crunchy, salty corn snack filled with sweet peanut butter cream and dipped in rich semi-sweet chocolate.
Ingredients
1 large red bag Bugles corn snacks
1 jar (16 oz) creamy peanut butter
1 bag (16 oz) powdered sugar
1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
Step 1: Cream together the softened butter and the entire jar of creamy peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth.
Step 2: Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
Step 3: Place the mixture into a piping bag with a small tip.
Step 4: Pipe the filling into the opening of each Bugle cone.
Step 5: Chill the stuffed Bugles in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
Step 7: Dip the chilled Bugles into the chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to maintain the crunch of the corn snacks.
