1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed (like Cool Whip)
Christmas sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding mix and the cold milk. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
Step 2: Stir in the Kahlua coffee liqueur and Baileys Irish Cream until fully incorporated. The mixture will thin out slightly.
Step 3: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no white streaks remain and the mixture is smooth and consistent.
Step 4: Carefully spoon or pipe the pudding mixture into small plastic shot glasses or decorative mini cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
Step 5: Place the filled shot glasses on a tray and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to set completely and the flavors to meld.
Step 6: Just before serving, garnish each pudding shot generously with festive Christmas sprinkles. Serve chilled with mini spoons.
Notes
