This simple air fryer recipe transforms fresh zucchini into a golden, crispy, and flavorful side dish or snack in just minutes.


Ingredients

3 medium zucchini (approximately 4 cups), cut into ½-inch cubes
Spray olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 heaping tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and trim the ends of the medium zucchini. Cut them into uniform ½-inch cubes.
