Instructions

Step 2: Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined and fluffy.
Step 3: Stir in the coconut cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Step 4: Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula to maintain the airy texture.
Step 5: Fold in half of the shredded coconut.
Step 6: Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 7: Garnish with remaining (toasted) shredded coconut and serve with graham crackers.
