1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 tablespoons finely minced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon finely minced jalapeño

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
Instructions
Step 1: Mince the red bell pepper and jalapeño into very small pieces to ensure a smooth sauce.
Step 2: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until well combined.
Step 3: Add the vinegar and lime juice to the creamy mixture and stir well.
