- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup cooked lump crab meat
- ½ cup cooked shrimp
- 4 slices turkey bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Bring refrigerated pizza dough to room temperature on a floured surface for 20 minutes.
- Roll dough into a 12×10-inch rectangle; brush with half the olive oil.
- Cut dough into eight 1.25-inch strips and place on parchment-lined baking sheet, 1 inch apart.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, crumbled turkey bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, chives, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Chill filling for 10 minutes.
- Place equal filling portions on each dough strip; fold dough over filling and pinch seams firmly.
- Roll gently to form round bombs; dampen edges with water if needed to seal.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt for garlic butter glaze.
- Brush bombs with half the garlic butter; bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 18–22 minutes.
- At 10 minutes, brush with remaining garlic butter; bake until golden and puffed.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure proper sealing to prevent filling leakage. Freeze unbaked bombs for up to 1 month; bake from frozen adding 3–4 minutes. Reheat leftovers in oven for best texture.
