Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage (casings removed)
3 cups whole milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Instructions
Step 1: Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until al dente, then drain.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage together.
Step 3: Drain the excess fat and stir in the Cajun seasoning for one minute.
Step 4: Pour in the chicken broth, milk, and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
Step 5: Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Step 6: Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well-coated.
Step 7: Serve immediately with extra cheese or parsley garnish.
