Ingredients
8 oz (225g) rotini pasta
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent stickiness. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and finely chopped red onion.
Step 3: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the dressing is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Step 4: Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture. Gently toss everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated.
